The Tulip 'Ice Cream' series looks strikingly similar to a peony - really special and unique!

This easy to grow and unusual style of tulip has an inner bloom that rises above the outer petals to look just like ice-cream - hence the name.

Our sensational tulips will create an excellent display in garden borders, containers on patios and also look great as cut flowers. They'll come back bigger and better every year.

• Best Time: October to November is often recommended to reduce the risk of diseases like Tulip Fire, though they can be planted from September.
• Location: Choose a sunny, sheltered spot to protect the peony-style, late-spring blooms.
• Depth & Spacing: Plant 15-20cm deep (deeper helps prevent, rather than cause, issues) and 10-15cm apart.
• Soil: Requires well-drained soil; if in a container, ensure good drainage and use soil-based compost.
• Care: In spring, apply a high-potash fertiliser (like tomato food) and deadhead when flowers fade.
