2. Scope
This policy applies to all employees, directors, agency workers, contractors, and suppliers, regardless of location.

3. Our Commitment

  • We operate with integrity, fairness, and respect for human rights.

  • We will only work with suppliers and contractors who uphold the same standards.

  • We assess potential risk areas in our supply chain and review them regularly.

4. Responsibilities

  • Management: Responsible for implementing and enforcing this policy.

  • Employees: Required to report any concerns or suspicions about slavery or human trafficking.

  • Suppliers: Expected to sign up to our ethical standards and be subject to audit or termination of contract for breaches.

5. Due Diligence & Risk Management

  • We carry out due diligence checks on new suppliers.

  • We review our supply chain annually to ensure ongoing compliance.

6. Reporting Concerns
Employees or third parties should report concerns in confidence to a Director or via our whistleblowing process.

7. Training
Training is provided to staff involved in procurement or supplier management.

8. Review
This policy will be reviewed annually and updated as required to reflect legislative or operational changes.
