You must be a resident of the United Kingdom to participate. Our "Mystery Bag Add-On" offer is intended for end consumers only; resellers are not eligible.
Mystery Bag Add-On Contents
Each "Mystery Bag Add-On" contains a selection of gardening products (e.g. growing medium, tools etc) curated at random. Contents are selected at our sole discretion and vary from box to box. Product images used in marketing are for illustrative purposes only and do not guarantee the items you will receive.
No Returns or Exchanges
All "Mystery Bag Add-On" purchases are final and non-refundable, in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations exemptions for personalised and mystery items. We do not accept returns or exchanges based on item preferences or duplicate items. This does not affect your statutory rights in the event that an item is faulty or damaged upon receipt.
Value Guarantee
Each order will contain items with a combined retail value equal to or greater than the advertised value.
Availability
"Mystery Bag Add-Ons" are available while stocks last and subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw the offer at any time without notice.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is free when purchased as an “add-on” to a bulk bag or pallet of handy bags; charges will apply outside of these conditions. We are not responsible for delays due to courier services, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
Liability
We are not liable for dissatisfaction with "Mystery Bag Add-On" contents, including but not limited to personal taste or duplicated products in multiple purchases. Our liability for defective or misdescribed items is limited to the value of the items in question.
Fraudulent Activity
We reserve the right to cancel orders if we suspect misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity, including multiple account creation or use of automated systems.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
