Everything went as planned and the products I ordered were exactly as described so excellent all around.
Product - The Mulch Fines smell strongly (ripe!) for a few days (even the dog avoided it) but after a few hours of rain the smell was gone (and now we can't keep the dog away!). It mas much nicer to use this rather than the previous composts I've ordered in bulk.
Service - Just worked. The only slight let down is the delivery service used by Dandys which always seems to send me notification of a delivery date AFTER delivery has actually happened; this could be a problem if someone wasn't at home to let the delivery driver know where to leave the pallets.
Arrived on time, good quality, did the job wanted. Needed to fill gaps in a non tarmac road with self binding aggregate. While this is first and loose to start with, within a few days it was hard and packed down, did the job perfectly.
Ordered bulk mint and cream garden stone, was on a tight schedule but Dandys went the extra mile and delivered on time. Customer service absolutely excellent. Delivered on a large truck with a crane. Order positioned just where I wanted. Stone really good quality and lovely unusual colour mix. Had lots of positive comments. Thank you so much Dandys, would recommend.
