Real Christmas Tree

Ordered an 8ft tree for home delivery as my husband is currently away and so we weren’t able to do our usual tradition of selecting and collecting the tree. I was really excited having received really great customer service over the phone when ordering. However when the tree arrived I have never been so disappointed. It’s barely 8ft. The top 2ft is basically just one bare branch and the middle section has about 5 branches total. The tree is a nice shape at the bottom but again quite sparse. The worst tree I’ve ever had!
